EWA Conference are providing discounted registration prices for organisations who are sending 5 or more delegates to the event. If you would like to take up this discounted rate, please register under the corporate registration.

Please select individual registrations for all other member, non-member and day registrations.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if the event is cancelled due to COVID?
The Committee will offer full refunds.

What happens if the event is postponed due to COVID?
The committee will give the delegates an opportunity to roll over their registration to the new dates or will offer a full refund. 

What happens if the event goes virtual/hybrid?
The committee will give the delegates an opportunity to roll over their registration to the new format with the difference in registration prices refunded or will offer a full refund.

What if I cancel? (Not COVID related)
Our standard cancellation terms are applicable. We require cancellation in writing. Cancellations received between 5 Feb to 31 March a full refund will be issued. Any cancellations from 1 April 2021 to May will be liable for the full cost.

The Committee will endeavor to be as flexible as possible for attendees and will look at cancellations (non-Covid related) on a case by case scenario.

Student Scholarships

The Perth Branch of the Australian Institute of Energy is making FOUR student scholarship positions available for the 20th Energy in Western Australia Conference.

Student Grant positions are valued at $550 and include all sessions for the two day conference; morning/afternoon teas; lunches; tickets to the Conference Dinner and Closing Drinks; and a Conference book, satchel and name badge.

Students interested in attending the Conference are requested to complete an application form and submit up to 500 words on their interest in the energy sector, their studies and what they hope to achieve through attendance at the Conference.  Applications are due by 5 April 2021 to andrew.bell@curtin.edu.au
